The above pricing table is only applicable for uncomplicated patients. Patients with bleeding disorder and severe underlying medical conditions such as HIV or uncontrolled diabetes are considered to be complex or high risk cases and should not be using the above pricing table as a benchmark for surgery costs. The final quotation will be shared with you after the initial consultation with your surgeon. Lowered package pricing may be available for clients that decide to undergo multiple types of surgeries.

BCS reserves the right to request for additional preoperative evaluation or treatment (at your own costs). If you fail to complete the additional preoperative evaluation, your surgeon will not perform a surgery for you. This is for you to achieve the best result without any complication.

The Pricing Includes:

• Preoperative consultation
• Preoperative studies including CBC, CXR, EKG and AntiHIV
• Operating Room Charges: OR Room use, Recovery Room, Scrub & Circulate Nurse
• Medical Equipment including the surgical implants and Medical Supplies necessary for the procedure
• Medications : All medications for the procedure
• Doctor Fees: Surgeon & Anesthesiologist (if needed)
• Private room charges, food and nursing care for the nights required in the hospital (if hospitalization is needed for your surgery)
• Postoperative follow up

The Pricing Excludes:

• Air ticket
• Hotel cost
• Transportation cost
• Special Investigations or medications which require for diagnosing or treating your medical condition(s) or underlying disease(s).
• Other charges not related to the procedures
• Charges for other procedure or other plastic surgery
• Items of a personal nature such as in-room drinks, telephone charges, special meal and guest meals will be charged at the normal rates in effect
