Lip Augmentation

Lips are an important part of our lives. They frame your smile and express your personalities. Some people are satisfied with the look of their lips while other want to make their lips fuller. Due to the age and other factors, many people have lost volume in their lips, leaving them aged and wrinkled. Lip augmentation can enhance or restore a fuller shape to your lips and help you get fuller, more luscious lips.

There are various methods used to augment the lips, including the use of implants. The most common way to increase lips size is with the injectible fillers. Each of the fillers has its own set of benefits and risks.

The most common are:

• Collagen: For cosmetic surgery purposes, collagen is produced from purified bovine tissue collagen. This product can be produced in various thickness to meet individual patient needs. A skin test for allergic reaction is required before receiving collagen.
• Fat: Fat from your own body is another form of filler used to augment the lips. Because the fat comes from the patient's body, there is no risk of any allergic reaction occuring.
• Restylene: This product is non-animal, biodegradable gel based on Hyaluronic acid, another substance found in your own bodies. Because this product is non-animal-based, an allergic reaction is very unlikely.

The Package Includes:

The Package Excludes:

• Air ticket
• Hotel cost
• Transportation cost

• Charges for other procedure or other plastic surgery
• Items of a personal nature such as in-room drinks, telephone charges and guest meals will be charged at the normal rates in effect

Notice:

• The package is applicable for elective, uncomplicated patients. Patients with the following conditions are considered to be complex or high risk cases and will not qualify for the package: Bleeding Disorders Patients with underlying severe medical problems such as HIV and uncontrolled diabetes
• Effective date Jan 1, 2010 - Dec 31, 2010
