About Brow Lift Procedure:

Brow lift surgery can be performed through multiple limited incisions hidden within the hairline or through a single incision in the natural crease of each upper eyelid.

When there is significant excess skin in the forehead, an alternate technique using a wide incision across the top of the scalp may be recommended.

The principle of this procedure is to elevate the eyebrows in order to correct abnormally low eyebrows to their correct position. The incisions for brow lifting are hidden within the hair by placing them a few centimeters behind the frontal hairline or at the hairline

Good Candidates are:

Men and women who do not have life-threatening conditions that can impair healing.

During your consultation:

My Recovery:

When your procedure is completed, your forehead may be taped and your head may be loosely wrapped to minimize swelling and bruising. A thin tube may be present to drain any excess blood or fluid that may collect under the skin.

......Brow Lift Recovery time:

..........Swelling should subside in 1 - 2 weeks.
..........More strenuous activity: 2 - 3 weeks.
..........Final results may appear within 1-2 months.
..........Incision lines will continue to refine and fade for up to 1 year.

Following your physician's instruction is key to the success of your surgery. It is important that the surgical incisions are not subjected to excessive force, abrasion, or motion during the time of healing.
